We used Ratt during our recent stay in Bangkok. The first day she was busy, but set us up with an assistant, a young man named Nop. He was very pleasant and was on time. We also used him to go to the airport when we left for Siem Reap. He charged 400 B, including tolls for the expressway. We would use them again.

How can I contact RATT in advance of arriving in Bangkok? With the terrible traffic how early should we start out for touring outside Bangkok proper? We would use her also for a day of shopping. If we use her for 8-9 hours it sounds like it will cost us $60-$65 US with tip?
