Bangkok Airways frequent flyer program

Sorry if this has been posted already, but a search didn't have any results. I was just on the Bangkok Airways website and see that they now have a frequent flyer prgram called FlyerBonus. You can get 15 points for joining and each one way flight gives you from 10 to 20 points based on the destination. You can also earn points from various partner hotels, credit cards and rental cars. Free domestic one way tickets are 100 points and international are 150 to 200 points. One immediate perk is excess baggage of 10 kgs. See the website for more details. I went ahead and joined to get my 15 points and I have a couple of flights coming up next year. Not enough for a free ticket yet, but maybe so after a few more trips to Thailand

Thanks, I signed up as well. My problem is that I weigh my baggage in pounds, so the extra kilograms does not help.

I can't seem to sign up. I keep getting a message saying
"Your mandatory information are duplicate."

I have no idea what this means. Does anybody know?

L-same thing happened to me the first time. I then realized that when I entered my telephone numbers I had neglected to click in the circle differentiating between Home. business/cell numbers. Once I did this it worked.

Andy, that's not the problem. I redid it and made sure the button was clicked, same stupid message.

I received an email from Bangkok Airways today telling me to send them the info and they would sign me up. I'll give the website another try and if it's a no go, I'll email them the info.
