If you are a smaller size, you will be able to find lots of things at Pratunam and the Platinum shopping centers. I've not been to Bo Be so cannot comment on it. I've heard of it, and it has been suggested to me by several Thai friends. BUT, I'm not a petite or short size so it's not easy to find things that fit me. I'm a very tall US 10/12 size.

I'm a typical asian built girl, so i guess i can get something fron Bo Be Tower. Can I have the address of Bo Be Tower and Platinum Shoppings center? I will be staying at Asia Hotel.

If you're staying at Asia Hotel, then Platinum and the rest of the garment district is just a long-ish walk down Petchburi Road. Cross the street in front of the hotel (use the Skytrain station), cut through Hollywood street mall (you might find something there), then continue down Petchburi Road. You'll eventually pass the Indonesian embassy, then Panthip Plaza (LOTS of IT stuff) and then you're at Platinum Mall. Big silver building. Can't miss it. The rest of the garment district is across the street.

The previous directions are great for Platinum and Pratunam, but if memory serves me correctly, the Bo Be market is more into China Town. I've not been there, but I'm pretty sure it isn't by Platinum and Pratunam.

Thanks for all the great details. Will go to Chinatown and Platinum S.C. Any other cheap nice shopping places to recommend?

will be going to Hat Yai also. It's been a long time since i was there. Are the clothes cheaper in Hat Yai than Bangkok?

Make sure you visit MBK in Bangkok. It's a huge mall, but unlike any other mall I've ever seen (and I shop a lot).

No comment on Hat Yai, not been there. But I think prices in resort areas may be higher than BKK.

Thanks simpsonc510, I am now doingmy 'homework' on Bangkok and Hat Yai. Will definitely go MBK, got lots of things to buy from there. It is a huge huge shopping centre.
But anyone knows where are the suppliers for clothes located? I want to get in bulk order too.
