Hello Everyone,

WHAT AN AMAZING TIME!!!!

we went to Ubud, Signgarja and Lovina.(we also spend a few days in Kutu due to the airport).

I absolutly loved my time in Bali. It was the first time in my life I left NYC and I was in the moment. Now it feels like a drea. I loved my time there.. Ubaud was so relaxed, I had a home stay at Signajra, and lovina where we took a cooking class at a local persons home... (kutu I could have spioked we should have planned a little better so I wish we had less time there...)

We had Putuand I told him that everyone said hi...

THANK YOU AGAIN for al your help!

I am sooo glad to hear you had a great time. Bali is such an amazing country and the people there are just wonderful - it's one of the reasons I'm headed back there this year!!

Great that you had a good time. Bali really isn't that much different than NYC, if your imagination is good enough. That subway in Ubud is a little tough to use.

Putu is a gem. I'm sure he took good care of you.

Tell us more of your experiences. Please.

Did not care for Kuta- but needed to be there due to poor planning and airport..

Ubud was so relaxed. We staid two days at a $7 place that was wonderful and a night a spa hotel which over looked the rice patties... so nice and inexpensive as well. While in Ubud we went to the healer that was in "eat pray love" well from that she took us to a medicine man- long wild story and memories...

I had a home stay at Signajra, it was so nice- we staid at a family home, outside in a hut. We had home cook meal and heard the chickens and chatting all night... we staid in a village.... we to a family temple and meditated.

lovina where we took a cooking class at a local villagers home...

Putu took us to a non-torist water fall and hot springs... the waterfall we walked up and down 500 steps... he took us to eat at the market and on a side the road thing...

it really was a wonderful time!!!

thank you every one for your suggestions!
