Any recommendations for weekend getaways from Beijing?
Hello! I am currently in Beijing and only get saturdays and sundays off. I am therefore looking at destinations for weekend getaways from Beijing. I am already planning on visiting to Xi'an. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Chengde, Datong, Pingyao, Tai Shan, maybe Chuandixia. A good guide book should give you some ideas. Enjoy!
