Hi,
I have read a few snippets about good antique shopping in KL. Could someone tell me where to go? I am heading out Feb 2nd...
Thanks

Get the book called, Treasures and Pleasures of Malaysia and Singapore, I think it is.I have the book at home. I used it for antique shopping in KL. I've posted on this topic before. I don't have the information in front of me right now. Happy Travels!

We were in KL recently and thought that Eastern Treasures at the KLCC had some interesting things from throughout Southeast Asia (both originals and reproductions -- they are up front about which is which).

Thanks, I also found Guenmai's previous post about Ahmed Toko Antik on Jalan Raja Muda Masa. So, I should have something to go with...

Oh, good, you found my previous post. I couldn't remember what the heading was...I post so much until I forget. I loved that antique store...I'll warn that it's dark, cramped, and very dusty and junky ,so you'll have to dig and search for stuff. When I arrived, the owner looked at me in shock and said, " How you know 'bout my store?" She was very nice...just shocked. It's at a fork in the road in back of a kampong restaurant...great view of the Patronas towers from the antique store. Happy Travels!
