The only airline that covers Siem Reap and Yangon and has an airpass is Bangkok Air. Take a look at their Discovery Pass. I don't think they cover a Siem Reap to VN flight.

I used the Bangkok Air pass to fly to and from Siem Reap from Bangkok. See http://www.bangkokair.com/discovery-...conditions.php

The pass required me to book three flights, but I only used two. That was not a problem; I simply did not turn up for that flight; by that time I was in India

The three-flight pass was cheaper at that time than the cost of a return ticket. Check current specials to be sure. I had no problems using the pass. The aircraft seemed quite new and I felt safe on board; the aircrew were Russian going and English returning.

I just booked the Airpass. I called the 1 800 number and booked my flights over the phone , the agents are in India. It took a few calls as each flight I picked out could not be used on the air pass but finally got it all together. They then sent me a form to fax them my credit card info and then they emailed me my ticket info.
I dont think you can do the Vietnam portion, but the other ones will be well worth it price wise to use the pass.
