You can have 2 numbers on 1 sim card and they are pretty widely available from most provider. You can then use the sim in any phone.

Thank you for responding - what i am trying to do is find a model name and type so i can research it before i go to make sure i know what i am looking at and also about what i should pay? It looks like i can buy one here for about $70. I am assuming it will be cheaper in China - if anyone knows what i should specifically look for it would be extremely helpful.

A lot of the fake iPhones -- which do make calls -- have two SIM slots.

And, no, I did not buy one ... but I had to look. Figured if I could bargain hard, I could get one for about 40 USD.

Pretty cheesy compared to the real deal but not bad features for cheap mobile.

I do not care if it is fake - i just want to make sure it would work! For 40. i would be very happy!

well, I pulled out my SIM and made a call . . . then walked away as the offers kept coming.

But for quality, who knows?
