3 Sis lodge in Chiang Mai?

3 Sis lodge in Chiang Mai?
Is 3 Sis Hotel/Vacation Lodge in Chiang Mai still open? I had a lovely stay there in Jan 2017 -- based on recommendations on this forum -- and am hoping to return there in Nov 2019.
The website is active, but the reservations link is broken. None of the usual services -- booking.com, agoda -- have any rooms available, I've tested a random assortment of dates, to no avail.
If 3 Sis isn't open, I'd greatly appreciate recommendations for similarly charming hotels in the same price range (about $US 65/night).
