According to their website, it should be ok.
Flights to/from JFK or Newark
Any address in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania
For future reference, this kind of info is usually easily found on the airline's website or it's always better to call.
btw, this service is restricted to:
You must be travelling in Upper Class on Virgin Atlantic on an adult fare booked into J or D booking classes. Discounted Upper Class tickets booked into other booking classes are not eligible for ground transfer options.
Codeshare flights: If you are travelling on a codeshare flight with Continental between Gatwick and Newark, you must be booked in J or D booking class. If you are travelling on a codeshare flight with Virgin Nigeria you must be booked into a J or D booking class. Other codeshare flights are not eligible for ground transfers.
If you are not sure if whether your ticket qualifies, ask your travel agent or call Virgin to check.

London lounge is fab. Haven't had a chance to use JFK one. Chauffer check-in is quite smooth, though they have a tendency to pick you up quite early (for my taste).
In-flight, good and flexible dining/snacking. Never big on heavy food, so I'm usually happy with light appetise or fruits. Good duvet, though I'm too self-conscious to change into their sleepwear. Configuration less awkward than BA's backward seat.
You're not guaranteed to get massages/manicure--depends on how many people sign up. Also you could be asleep when your slot is available. Was actually dissapointed in manicure--no varnish because it's flammable.
