Thank you American Airlines
My son is in the U. S. Army and was traveling back to Ft Sill this morning after a little vacation following graduation from basic training. At the AA counter, the agent checked all his excess luggage for no charge and then upgraded him to a first class seat! I was in tears...

I am very impressed, that is lovely!!
In the last couple of years I have noticed signs at AA's Admiral's Club lounge saying that any soldiers on R&R may use the lounge, regardless of the class of service they are flying. I have seen men and women wearing fatigues going in and out of the lounge and it puts a smile on my face.

CLASS ACT. And they don't advertise it...they just do it as a courtesy. AA remains our choice for domestic. Good people. They must have good management because it starts at the top and works it's way down.
