Thai Airways non-stop JFK-Bangkok information

I have posted on the Asia Breanch but some might look for the information here too:-

The new Thai Airways non-stop JFK-BKK is due to start 1st May. Flights will be daily except Tue ex JFK ( ex Mon ex BKK )

The A-340-500 will have 60 Business class seats, 42 Premium Economy/Coach and 113 Economy/Coach

These are the 'from' fares ex BKK ( note: these are the starting fares from BKK to JFK, I don't know what the conditions are, but they might be of interest to some )

Royal Silk ( Business ) B 111,000 = US$ 2,846

Premium Economy/Coach B 45,000 = US$ 1,155

Economy/Coach B 34,000 = US$ 872

First picture of the plane at Toulouse posted on airliners.net. New livery with purple tail. Do a search on that website, or it may still be in the front page, as it's one of the most viewed recently.
