No would would guess it's based on load factors & whether it's a new city for them (they often has specials when they open a new route). What I can tell you is I received a promo in the mail. Purchase tickets on line through TOMORROW (9/25) for travel between now & Jan 16,2004. Enter code RR8HMX4R8H and get 15% off the lower fare options (ie doesn't work for the 2 highest price categories). Hope this helps.

I got the info on a flyer in the mail earlier in the month. I assumed it was for all their Rapid Reward members but I could be wrong. The flyer reads "Great offers for select Rapid Reward Members."

Linda, I've just actually bought some tickets. There was a big banner going across the top of the screen about the 15% discount. Whether that was because I had entered the code on a previous screen, or whether it would have appeared regardless, I don't know.

Also, on the click n save. At the end of my transaction I was offered the opportunity to get free email updates on their click n save offers. If you're not a Rapid Rewards member you should apply immediately & ask for the email newsletter. If you are a member, call or log on & request the email. Good luck!

Thankyou for your help!
Even though this offer still does not help me this time I will be on the look out for further promos.
I am on the clickn'save email & RR member.
With your deal and an internet fare I got an incledible, never seen before deal to another destination for a different occassion!
Thanks - Happy Travels

Some of the Southwest codes are only good for the person that received the code.

I have had instances where my wife got a code that SWA would only honor for her ticket and not for mine.
