I am planning an around-the-world trip, and in some areas such as southeast asia, I will have choices among the local airlines. I thought there was a list put out by the U.S. government of airlines that government employees are allowed to fly on due to safety reasons. I have been to the State Department website, but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know about this list, or do you have a suggestion of another resource to help me choose between the local airlines?
