Premium Economy ?
Anyone know if any airline but BA & Virgin-Atlantic offers the premium economy seats?
Anyone tried these seats?
Leg room good for long flights?
What is the foot rest like?
Does it recline further than coach?
Seats feel any wider?
Taking an 9 hour flight.
thanks

Sorry, I should have added - flying chicago to london in November.
Another question - would prefer CHI to LON on 11/4 & then VCE to CHI on 11/17, but can't find a non-stop from VCE. Any ideas?
If no non-stop from VCE, then we will fly connecter from VCE to LON, stay the nite, & then LON to CHI.

There is a very recent thread on this. I will bump it up for you so that it is easy to find.
There is no non-stop VCE-CHI.
Also, note that the BA flight is out of Gatwick, so you would have to switch airports. You might find it easier to try and book something with Virgin and BMI, which flies from VCE to Heathrow and partners with Virgin.

I can't quite tell from their route map if Air New Zealand flies from a US airport to London, but if so, I was satisfied with their Premium Economy for my trip from San Francisco To New Zealand & back.
If you get in the first row of premium economy, which is right up next to Business with their pod beds (and $7k price tag for RT), you might not have under-seat storage, but you have TONS of leg room and decent service. I thought it was a great deal.
