Orbitz - Incredible help

I just want to post my thanks for the incredbile help I received for over an hour at 2:30 in the morning last Saturday getting my daughter a ticket out of Tel Aviv to Europe. Needless to say, I'm extremely anxious and when I couldn't get this accomplished (too complicated to go into) and called Customer Service, I believe it was Jake (sorry I'm not sure of his name, but like I said, I was anxious) helped solve this problem and with amazing patience. I know we often post complaints, but I think it's important to give kudos when a company goes out of their way to help.

That's very nice to hear. I hope you will mail a complimentary letter to the higher-ups at Orbitz for the good service you recieved. Jake deserves it & give them details in case the person's name wasn't Jake, they can locate the person.

Hello artlover, I am sorry you had this stress. Your daughter was able to fly from Tel Aviv and is now in Europe and all is well? I am sure glad you had someone at Orbitz to help you solve this situation. Take care, and hugs from Vacaville.

Carrybean,
I called a supervisor to compliment Jake's excellent attention.

LovesItaly,
No, she leaves for Italy next Thur. and I have a week of being a nervous wreck! I just keep visualizing her in a small cafe in Rome sipping vino from a tumbler...thanks for your good wishes. Hope all is well with you.

Glad to hear it. Customer service jobs can be rough so a pat on the back really helps.

(And I do know how to spell "receive.&quot
