Manage booking Air Canada flight
My daughter and family are coming home for Christmas (Nelson New Zealand), leaving on Tuesday 17th Dec 2019. my 18 month old grandson is travelling as a lap passenger and DD wants to check he is getting an infant meal. She has asked me to check!!! Anyway I tried to go into manage booking but you seem to need a password and an Aeroplan number. When the booking was made I don't think she registered for Aeroplan.
With Air New Zealand you just need to put in a booking reference and the family name to be able to log in. Doesn't seem to be the case with Air Canada. Apparently there was a change in the reservation system in November. Any help appreciated.
