Global Entry problem
I applied and received a PASSID number and I have the application number. However I never saw the response email and therefore never scheduled an interview. Now I can't log in to the account and it tells me to contact customer service. That would be fine if it were a possibility. The website doesn't seem to work. The phones do not answer - they just click off before ringing.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i might contact them? Do you think if I went directly to the interview area (at SFO) - not to jump in line - but just to see if I can find a way to get back in line?
I don't really want to pay again, although it's probably worth it.

Well, I'm no bureaucrat, but it seems to me that if you can't get through, which is weird, you can certainly go and show up. They have to talk to you, even if they can't process you right then and there (although they might if you ask nicely - after all, you've been inconvenienced enough already!).
When I did mine, I was there five minutes early for my appointment, somebody came out and handed me the door and I walked in. The two officials looked surprised since they hadn't come out to ask me in. But they were civilized and processed me in no time, never mind my "transgression".
