Pat - It's not your fault. The OP never states where she's going to or from. Some of us are also reading her other thread about UA->BA connection in LHR.
So far, we only know that she's flying from an unknown US airport to Chicago on UA, London on UA, and then on an unkown airport in the world that's not in the UK or Ireland on BA.
The flights are on seperate UA and BA tickets.

I should be more specific. When I used my Mileage Plus account to book award travel on Air Canada over the phone (it can't be done online), this itinerary does not show up on my itineraries on united.com, even though I have a United locator code.
