Fall Airfare Sales to Europe?

Does anybody have any thoughts about when the airlines might announce any air fare sales to Europe for September or October, assuming (probably rashly) that they actually will have any such sales? Thanks in advance.

IMO, watch every day. We were looking at approx. $850 from Chicago to Shannon. Yesterday it was $603----we didn't snap it up and now it's back up to $850----live and learn!

We'll keep watching and hope a good one comes up again. Last year we booked in the beginning of July to Paris and got a good fare.

I'd watch BA when this strike stuff ends, towards end of June and into early July - they might offer some steep discounts, especially in premium classes, to get people flying with them again.

There are some predictions that there might not be the seat sales this fall people are used to due to the volcano.

(hit submit too soon)
If people who had to cancel their flights take the flights in the fall instead there will not be as many seats.
