Embraer vs. Canadair

Which of these planes is best for comfort/convenience? Canadair Regional Jet 400, Embraer 135 Regional Jet or Embraer 140 Regional Jet. Are there any pros/cons to any of these? Thanks.

The ERJs are longer and narrower, with a 1-2 seating, compared to the 2-2 in the CRJ. Single travellers often like that single seat on the ERJ, and most people find that it's a little less cramped, even though the fuselage is narrower.

The ERJ-140 is 7 feet longer than the 135, and usually seats 44 compared to 37 in the 135.

They're both pretty miserable.

Both may be less comfortable than a larger plane but I will take a non-stop on either over a conection on larger planes any day.

I have flown on both and there is not much to choose one over the other. The Embraer does not have any overhead compartment on the side with only one seat. Space for carry on is limited in both.
