Do I need more than the email Jet Blue sent me?

We are going to Washngton. Got tickets online and jet blue sent itinerary and ticket (I guess that's what it is) for us. So day we leave is this all we need?...and then just check in outside and go to gate to get boarding pass?

We do have seat assignments...at least we made them online..

If you have no bags to check, you can checkin online up to 24hr in advance, print out a borading pass and just board the plane when called.

Otherwise you just need your ID. I only use e-tickets now and no airline has ever asked me for an email, receipt, ininerary or anything else besides my ID. I still bring a printout of my itinerary from the email - if only for my own comfort.

There is a reason it's called an e-ticket, because it's an electronic ticket, not a paper ticket. No need to carry anything other than a government issued ID.

No loisco, you need to get your boarding pass BEFORE you go through security. After security you will go to the gate. You cannot go through security without the boarding pass. Happy travels!

The Jet Blue e-mail should have a bar code on it. Scan this at curbside check-in and the machine will issue a boarding pass

While using an e-ticket with British airways they emailed ahead to make sure we had a print out of the e-ticket. It is electronically sent but the print out was still needed. It may vary between airlines I am sure but I would rather be safe...
