I just logged into Airlines to post a link to this letter- very funny indeed!

I love how the author kept referring to Richard Branson by name ("Now Richard...), and how he used block caps for emphasis.

And lol @ "sponge shafts". This guy could be a comedian.

That's funny---the hamster line takes the cake.

It looks like they extended an offer for the author to come visit the "catering offices" of Virgin:

I too just logged in to post the link myself - my daughter just sent it to me. I'm not surprised to see it's already here. The whole thing is hilarious, but I agree that "sponge shafts" takes the cake (so to speak).

Daily Telegragh reveals the writer as Oliver Beale whom Richard is supposed to have rung to apologize.
