Champagne on AA?

Does anyone know if AA serves champagne on the flight from DFW to Cancun. (I'm not asking if they serve free champagne. This would be for purchase) It's a "girls' trip" to the beach, and we want to start it out right, but looking on AA.com it doesn't appear they sell champagne. Geez, what do you drink before noon on a Saturday if champagne isn't available?

I would assume it's available for purchase. We flew AA on vacation last month and were upgraded to FC. It was a morning flight and the flight attendent was an absolute hoot. She seemed to focus all her attention on us and kept topping of our Bloody Mary's. When she ran out of vodka, she suggested Mimosa's, but we were getting a little buzzed, so we politely declined. In turn, she gave us 4 average sized bottles of champagne to take with us. We had a blast with her!

Yes. A mimosa. That is what is called for. Red wine, beer, or scotch at 10am would be appalling. Hopefully, we can pay for mimosas or bloody mary's. Thanks!

How early is your flight?

The reason I ask is that AA has a strange habit of not loading wines/champagnes on early morning domestic(Mexico included) flights. Booze and beer are widely available, so go figure.

Cancun may be a different story. It's mostly a leisure market so maybe they cater differently.

Bloody Mary's will not be a problem.

Have a great trip!

Hey AAFF - Our flight leaves at 9:45 am. We're not total lushes or anything. (Just partial lushes.) If necessary, we can wait until we get to Akumal. Just wanting to toast the trip and take the edge off my flying anxiety ...
