cancel and rebook int'l on Delta?
As I read it, if I cancel my trip to Mexico (U class), I must rebook to an international destination and the fee is $200 - is that correct? Wow. (Will call Delta when the hubbub dies down about the bankruptcy, I suppose).

With most airlines, with a nonrefundable ticket, you must make the rebooking in advance (not after you miss the flight), pay a fee, do the new flight within a certain time period (often a year from the date of your original flight), and make the rebooking at current prices (which may be higher or lower than your original ticket).
Actually, when you look at how little the nonrefundable tickets are, compared with the refundable tickets, the costs of making a change are not that onerous.

I've done nonrefundable tickets quite a bit and have gone through the process, but the language on the Delta website says two different things about whether I need to rebook it to an international destination. Would love some input if anyone knows, before I call Delta, so I know what I'm talking about
