Canada 3000 Brisbane to Honolulu - Comments

Hi, Looking at flying with these guys for the first time - their equivalent of business class is apparently full so appreciate any hints/feedback about the airline etc - Cheers - Brian

I flew Canada 3000 last summer from Vancouver to London, and it was more than I expected from a charter airline. The aircraft was a brand new A330, and the quality of service was equal to that of the scheduled airlines in Canada and the US with whom I've flown before. If I remember correctly, the inflight films might be a month behind that of other airlines. This airline does have reputation for being always late, but I understand that this is common to most in the world. I was expecting much less than this for the fare that I paid.

Hi! We flew on Canada 3000 from Calgary to Honolulu a few years ago. I found the service equal to other Canadian Airlines. Flight Attendants and Pilots were informative. We got a cheaper price with Canada 3000 than we did with some of the other major airlines. I would fly with them again.

I heard on the news here in Canada that if war starts or anything they will not fly and that is canada 3000, so should find out about that before flying with them.

We just returned from Portugal on Canada3000. We had been scheduled to fly out on the 23rd sept but when we arrived at the ticket desk we were told WE had made a mistake on the ticket, that the flight was to go on the 24th. We did fly out on the 24th but we found the personel at the airport on the 23rd hostile and unhelpfull. We were lied to. The supervisor told us the flight was never scheduled for the day we had tickets but in the next breath said it had been cancelled on the 18th. No one informed our agent or us. The crew on the airline when we did leave were very efficient and friendly. On our return we were delayed five hours but that is par for the course on charter airlines. I would not fly with them again the coach seats are cramped I found the flight very tiring and felt like a packed in Sardine. Kathy h

Canada 3000 has the best cabin crews I have experienced. I guess their seats are cramped, but for an extra C$20 you can get an assigned seat, so I was in the exit row all the way to Glasgow and back. It was a 757 but whatever type of plane, the seating is similar. I believe they show the seating of all their planes on their website.
