Airline rules may have changed or differ since the pre TSA days, I drank a brand not carried by the single airline that serves IYK. They allowed me to bring a 750 ml bottle on board if the flight attendant did the pouring. The FA didn't like the smell while pouring my 1st drink, told me to request ice set-ups and serve myself for the 2nd & 3rd. No corkage fee was charged. Ask your airline if you can bring TSA approved, unopened miniatures aboard and be served by the FAs.
