Book now for flight in November or wait?
I very rarely fly and to be honest, I can't remember how early I booked tickets the last time I flew (2008), but I know the exact dates for a flight I am taking in early November. Should I book tickets now or wait? I have my mind set on the times of day for when I am flying and what city I am connecting in, as well. Thanks everyone for any advice!

Thanks Kathie. Problem is, I very rarely fly or look at prices of flights, so I would assume this is not a good price. Prices right now are $459. I'm flying from Sioux Falls, SD to Boston, MA -- leaving Friday, returning Monday and want to connect in Chicago.

I think that's a great price given what prices flights are running now. You're talking about going from a really small airport on a regional carrier with a particular connection you must have? The more nust-haves, the higher the price...
that said, it may not go UP much between now and September as it's already what the market may bear for a November flight so you're likely safe waiting till mid-summer.

if you connect in Denver the price is $395.
If you only connect in Chicago on outward flight and DEN on return the cost is $427
Check ITA software but if you're really fussy about all your must haves that does sound like a reasonable price.
