My airfarewatchdog.com update posted a fare of $158 r/t DEN-SEA on Southwest.

The best fares on the Southwest site don't come close. What am I missing?

That fare on Southwest was probably a DING! fare, which you had to download DING! for your computer, then click the link for fares out of DEN. Most airfarewatchdog fares on SW are DING! fares, while other airlines' fares listed on airfarewatchdog are published fares for specific dates.

Thanks Trekker. I do have DING! and haven't seen that fare. Must have been a fluke. I'll keep my ears open as I freely move about the net.

That's interesting JRP. Usually that's what the case is when I find a fare on Southwest out of PIT from airfarewatchdog.

Well, I plugged in a couple of dates in June (14 day advance) for DEN-SEA and did come up with $79 each way fares. Flight times were limited and I had to adjust the days when I wanted to fly, but they ARE there.
