I'm not sure I will ever fly Aeroflot, but I can't wait to fly the Dreamliner. Thanks.

I would avoid Aeroflot at all costs no matter the new equipment they're operating! I have similar inclinations with Alitalia though I bet I'll have to confront that one day.

This deal has been in the on/off ping pong planning mode for most of a year. Note that SU got delivery slots in late 2014, so don't start hoarding your rubles just yet.

I rank my many flights with Aeroflot back in the days of the Soyuz right up there with my most memorable flights anywhere. Not saying they were good or especially comfortable, but definitely memorable

Just wonder how solid this deal is, or if Aeroflot is still playing Boeing againsg Airbus?

Reports were it was hung up due to Putin v. Bush, but who knows. I think a firm order is a firm order, although if SU is the winner in its play to acquire Alitalia (be careful what you wish for) I suppose cash could be more of an issue.
