Aeroflot doesn't answer the phone

Guess what! I've even tried phoning Aeroflot London and an answer maching asks if you'd like to speak in English or Russian then hangs up (twice).
Has Aeroflot gone bust with our money??? Nobody in the world seems able to contact them - people in USA and all over having the same problem, as far as I can see.

My son just flew them from LAX to Moscow and back. Have not had time to catch up w/ him to get a full report but he survived!
He did say it was no better or worse than any airline. And he was also in Economy.
