Aeroflot doesn't answer the phone

Aeroflot doesn't answer the phone
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Aeroflot. Both my travel agent and I have been trying to call them on both their toll free number and their New York number. Have waited over one hour many times and we still never reach a reservation agent. Our air reservation to Russia is booked in the travel agent's computer, but we want to verify seat assignments.

I only did a search, no personal experience, but in "contact us" section there are phone numbers of numeral offices, and also e-mails.

Well its been 48 hours and still no reply to my travel agent's e-mail to Aeroflot. They certainly need some customer service upgrading. Does anyone have any other ideas? Too late to change airlines, we leave in 2 weeks.

Did you look up your reservation on the Aeroflot website?
Reservation code and last name is all you need.

I did try that as well, but their website redirects me to Virtually There which is Sabre's website. My travel agent booked the reservation in her Apollo system which is totally different from the Sabre system.
Tried faxing them yesterday and found another e-mail address in Russia today. We will see.

have you tried any other of the US offices? Or even Toronto (just thinking of english speaking offices)
Also, what happens when your agent enters her PNR in her system?
Also if Aeroflot and your agent use two different systems there should be a PNR in Aeroflot's system based n what ever system, they use - does your agent have that in any of her data?

aeroflot was famous of being bad. but the surprise that aeroflot international flights. has the newest and modern fleet . their fares are very competitive. very clean and new planes. excellent service on board. new Hub in moscow.with the new terminal in SVO .
THE Only issue is RUDE ground staff in moscow. add to this stricted slow custom personals. and it's not aeroflot actually problem. as aeroflot has nothing to do with government employees who working in the moscow. it's everywhere in world .
also, thier customer service hotline in moscow is not helpful at all.

I'm having the same problem and for the same reason: I need to deal with seat reservation because of disability problem. I have written to every e-mail address I can find (three), including the one for disability requests. I have called three numbers in Russia and two numbers in China (where I live) but none of them reply, including the '24-hour service'.
If anyone has found a solution I would be really grateful.
