AA 777 seat question

Yes, I know about seatguru.com but my question is not really answered to the degree I want.
I am flying DFW-ORD-LHR-TXL and have coach seats 31H, on both Atlantic legs.
I really want a bulkhead aisle and seatguru shows 20B and 20H have a bulkhead wall AND power outlet.
Optimally, I need to bring my feet above my heart AND I want to work through much of the flight. The middle section appears to have outlets belonging to seat D&F and I can't risk that person being unwilling to allow me access to the plug.
YES, I know that the bulkhead is assigned at the airport (mostly) and YES I know I may not get it.
My objective here is to determine which seats would be desirable under my requirments (I need to bring my feet above my heart AND I want to work through much of the flight).
I am hoping someone out in Fodorland KNOWS this from experience... hopefully from flying the AA DFW/LGW ORD/LHR route.
So... any advice?

Row 31 A,B,H,J are the best economy seats on the 772. While you won't be able to have your carry on out during takeoff and landing, you can use your 21 incher carry on as a foot support during the flight. You have tons of room in front of you. That's just not the case with bulkhead seats. I would stick with the seat you have.

AA... thanks for the reply. Under normal circumstances I would agree but unfortunately I cannot get my foot high enough using my carry-on. It is about 12" tall and a little weak to use as a footrest.
If possible, I need to try to get the wall which will allow me to get it higher.
I have never sat in any seat (in coach) but 31H so I am just uncertain of the configuration.
What aisle has a wall directly in front?
Seatguru shows 20B and 20H have a bulkhead wall AND power outlet.
Do you know if they do?

Can your feet reach the wall in seat 20B and 20H? I am not too tall. 5'4.
