Transfers between the lodges

Plese help me experienced Fodorites, as I am new on this board. In planning on getting from Kings Camp to Leopards Hill and then from Leopards Hill to Bush Camp in Sabi Sabi, what distances are involved/times and road conditions? Is it better to take ground transportation or fly? Are the gound transfers in fact 'game-drives' between these camps.
Thanks to all who respond.
Bushperson.

It may be best to get transport from Hazyview. There are a number of operators who offer tours in the park and so they do transfers as well. The transfers are normally in the form of guided tours.
TO FLY FROM HOEDSPRUIT TO NELSPRUIT IS CRAZY.

Thank you Africanj. I have sorted it all out, as there are flights between these camps landing on their private airstrips.
