Hello--I'd like to suggest you look at St. George's College in Jerusalem. We stayed at Tantur on my husband's sabbatical 5 years ago (spent 3 months in Israel) but we worshipped at St. George's Cathedral, and toured around with the attached college program. (My husband dug at Sephoris so they invited him to give the talk there.)Anyway, it is really a wonderful experience. The rooms are serviceable, there is a beautiful garden, you will hit all the highlights, and the program is super well run. My husband has taken our congregants there multiple times.
