Sony H5 Camera

I am wondering if my Sony H5 will be enough camera. I am an average photographer, but I am a quick learner. I will be attending Mashatu, Mala Mala and Camp Jabulani in mid Oct.

Thoughts?????

I have an H9 and love it. Others have had great experiences (and wonderful photos, many posted on this board) with the H2. I would think the H5 would be good, but don't know the camera. How many pixels, and how much optical zoom does the H5 have?

I will post my thoughts om Mashatu.

The H5 is a 12x (200m) optical zoom and 7.2 megapixels. I think I will stick with my H5. Plus it is a decent video recorder.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it should be fine. I used an H2 for several trips and was very pleased with the results. Good idea to stick with it.
