As sandi mentioned, check the boards over at flyertalk.com, specifically the ones under the Global Airline Alliances section. Somewhere there you'll find a downloadable excel file with RTW fares for all 3 major alliances sorted by country of origin, number of miles flown or continents visited, and class of service in various currencies. Sorry, I'm in a bit of a jet lagged fog, otherwise I'd provide the link (let me know in case you can't find it). Compare those fares to the best roundtrip fares you can find. You'll probably be looking at either a Skyteam or Oneworld RTW as I don't think Star Alliance has any carriers that serve Nairobi or Kilimanjaro yet, not until South African Airways becomes an official member.

Wow thanks Patty, u guys have an answer for everything. It's great. i am going over to the site and if I cannot find it I will write back, How was your trip to kenya/tanzania. Where did u go and what wildlife did u see, keep us posted,Sonali.
