Paul Kirui, one of the famous photographer/guides who's been mentioned on this forum, also works with Natural Habitat. If I understand correctly, you have the advantage of his knowledge and skill via booking with Wild Source for Enaidura camp?

Thank you, AmyB. Hoping to make it a reality within one-two years, I'm eager (along with many of us here!) to read your report after your upcoming trip!! You must be counting the days/nights!

Thanks all - I appreciate the comments on Paul and the bonus of having a professional photographer/guide. More to look into! Photography is my passion (& my husband is fine carrying one of my cameras and I think he'll even be inspired to use it

You'll find that a lot of the guides are photographers themselves and have worked with a lot of photographers. It seemed somewhat of a non-sequitur to have a guide in Maasai tribal garb wield a camera with a 3 foot long, 6" wide lens and prop it up on the side of the vehicle along with me! A lot of them have Instagrams that you can follow. Bill, Paul and Ping do as do many of the Porini guides. I keep track of many of the big cats in the Mara with Facebook posts from Governors Camp, which has a lot of guides who take great shots.
