Power plug converters from 120

I am off to Rwnada in Oct. Staying at the Serena in Kigali, Agagera Lodge and Sabyinyo Lodge. I have read conflicting reports that I need either UK plugs and adapter
or the two prong French type plugged that is also used in Rwanda. Can anyone help?

Right site Jed, but you linked the wrong page:

http://kropla.com/electric2.htm

However it would be best to hear directly from someone who stayed at the camps.

Don't remember the plug information, but looks like you've been helped. I recommend buying things that can do 120/220. My blow dryer and my flat iron, both of which I use daily, can travel anywhere. Very handy. I have a full set of different plugs and it shows which country needs what. You're obviously a traveller if you're going to Rwanda. Buy yourself and nice set and you'll be set for life!

And, by the way, I'm so happy you are going to Akagera!

We were just in Rwanda and used the standard European 2-prong adapter plugs (not the UK ones)
