Pete's Pond Sightings

We've all been posting Africam sightings. How about Pete's Pond in Botswana?

http://www9.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/wildcamafrica/

Right now, there's a large herd of elephants at the waterhole. The cam operator is getting some good closeup shots.

On the volunteering in africa thread, you can volunteer to go be the cam operator.

58 days till we're at Mashatu!

wildcatzoo,

I'll be eager to hear about your trip to Mashatu. I'll be there next summer!
How long will you be there? Where else are you going?

lillipets,

just 2 days planned, Nov 4-5. But we have 4 nights free in mid-Nov, if we can't arrange a low cost last minute Delta trip in Maun we may return to Mashatu.

Our itinerary is in an older post of mine, about #14 if you click on my name
