Lynda, don't worry about it! You've read through and posted comments on hundreds and hundreds of pages here, and you've done us all a tremendous service by keeping this thread going. I'm happily digging into the reports on Uganda and Rwanda now, in preparation for my next trip (for which I'll be happy to write another trip report!)

<b>TWOTEACHERS ETHIOPIA AND KENYA JULY 2006 </b>

http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=...1&y=lphgji (Ethiopia Photos)
http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=...=1&y=qz716 (Kenya photos)
<b>Agent, Outfitter:</b>RAYLENNE SAFARIS (for safari only - Ethiopia on their own)
<b>Guide:</b> GEORGE
<b>Type:</b> PRIVATE, BUT <b>VERY</b> BUDGET
THIS WAS A MOTHER/DAUGHTER TRIP TO VISIT THEIR WORLD VISION SPONSERED CHILDREN
<b>Logistics:</b> DRIVE (KENYA) DRIVE & FLY (ETHOPIA)
<b>Been Before?</b> FIRST-TIMERS
<b>Things you shouldn’t miss</b>: taking this report to your nearest publisher and getting it published. This was the most honest, moving and ‘can’t put down’ trip report I have read in the four years of doing trip reports. It is loaded with some very unusual experiences, thought-provoking and funny stories, philosophies and observations, you will laugh a lot, and cry a lot reading her report. The pictures of the kids and people in Ethiopia are absolutely amazing. Reading Anne’s report also was a very humbling experience for me; all of a sudden some of the ‘things’ and ‘luxuries’ I have come to expect on a trip just didn’t matter too much any more. KUDOS for Anne and Dallas, and we hope you make it back to Africa again!
<b>ITINERARY:</b>
Addis Ababa – Barto Hotel
Ethiopian countryside Kemesse district – World Vision compound
Gondar – Q’uaro Hotel
Addis Ababa – Atlantic Hotel
Nairobi – Nairobi Backpackers
Maasai Mara – Sopa Lodge
Lake Nakuru – Lion Hill Lodge
Kabernet – Hilltop Camp in Hell’s Gate
