Need help placing all tthe reservations
I have an itinerary posted below wwhich I am reasonably happy with. but on the trip over Id like to spend 2 nights in amsterdam, and on the way back Id like to spend 2 nights somewhere different even though we'ed probaby have to travel thru amsterdam. I would like to keep air travel to around no more than 8-10 hours in 1 day due to my health.

I would recommend checking into all the noted accommodation to make sure it sounds like what you want. Also, I'd ask what types of vehicles you'd be traveling in and with how many people, and also how long the transfers between locations is. Basically, ask as many questions you can think of before booking. Maybe also post which company you are thinking of going with and maybe some people will come back with experiences.

If arriving direct at JRO via AMS, then you don't need Yellow Fever Inoculation, but if arriving at NBO and transferring to Arusha by land, or needing to overnight in Nairobi, you'll require this. It's possible the border agent won't ask for proof of this jab, but if they do, you can be refused entry. This agent should be ashamed of themselves with that blanket statement! Whether we like the rules or not, they are what they are and not something any traveler wants to be surprised with on arrival.
See no reason for 2nd nt at Tarangire changing accommodations from Safari Lodge to Maramboi Camp... stay in one place.
If after 2nts in the Ndutu area you choose to go farther north, I wouldn't go past Seronera, stay instead at Serena Lodge. Mbuzi Mawe is 1/hr farther north.
Driving from Mbuzi Mawe to Ngorongoro can be a very long drive - the road is terribly chopped up and if wet, muddy muddy, muddy - and possible you won't arrive at the crater in time for afternoon crater tour.
Would suggest if you visit both Seronera/Central Serengeti and Ndutu area, you visit Seronera first, then return south to Ndutu... it'll be a shorter ride to Ngorongoro and more likely to be able to do the afternoon crater tour.
Crater tours are limited to 6/hrs each (no longer full-days since 2007), though some vehicles have been able to stay a bit longer... be prepared for only 6/hrs.
The 27th Mar seems to be missing. Where'd it go?
On last day, what time is your homebound flight? Most depart in evening and you'd have a full day after breakfast - to hang out where. The last few dates shown above are messed up. As I read it, on 2nd Apr when you arrive back at Arusha, after shopping, lunch even dinner, you can go straight onto airport for flight rather than another overnight.

It looks expensive when compared to my February 2010 Ndutu Lodge quotes. Are you using an international tour company?
Your itinerary looks a bit unprofessional with all the mistakes. Your safari is next month and your lodges have not been booked yet? EMC is a luxury camp and should be more expensive than Ndutu Lodge. What kind of vehicle are you getting? Standard or Extended?
Mbuzi Mawi is not highly rated on Tripadvisor.
