if you want something more luxury , you can have a look at Afritour , they have also group tour with lodging at their Lodge " Sambiya"

If you want a private tour , you will find a lot of agencies in Kampala

I think it is better to book it in advance if you want to join a group. Just send a e-mail to both company to know the departures dates . There is a recent post about Murchisson tours on the thorn tree
It is of course possible to visit the rhino sancuary on the way . I will do it in a few days but I am travelling on a private tour. I would be able to give you more info in a few weeks when I will be back.
