I noticed also and can comment that there are lots of "old" threads popping up recently.
Posters should start a new thread that is current to situations now on the ground regardless the destination.

Could you please help out by somehow, someway, "flagging" older posts??? Say, posts older than 2 years??? Make the replier aware that it is an old post. And then if they insist, go head and allow them to post.
Other sites I visit simply do not allow replies to old posts. And request that a new thread be started. That would be even better.
