Looking for Websites with Dirt Cheap Airline Tickets to Capetown!!!

Dear fellow travellers:

I will be flying into Capetown on February 8th from Europe. However, I still have zet to get the airline ticket.

I am desperately looking for a dirt cheap round trip airfare from to Capetown...yes there the usual suspects such as expedia, travelocity, and kayak.com.

However, there are a ton of sites out there. Surely I am hoping that someone here will know of some of the best websites where I can find a biggest deals when it comes to airfare to Capetown.

Also, I am thinking I will be either staying in the Long Street or the Greenpoint/Waterfront area. Which is the better part of town to stay out of these two and why?

Finally, any other suggestions and advice with regard to tarevl in and around capetown (also with regard to national aprks and game reserves) would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance for a quick and detailed reply.

Sincerely,

Rob

Kayak is pretty good so I am not so sure you will find a "magical" website that has what you seek. Feb 8 is only a few weeks away. There may not be any low fares available.

If you find anyone selling "dirt cheap" fares to Cape Town, let us know! I do not believe that such a thing exists, mainly because there are fewer flights and they are mostly full, even Business Class.

Your travel date appears to be too close to use this tip, but several of the travel websites allow you to set up an 'alert' -- in other words, they automatically email you if the price of your destination drops below a certain amount.

SAA has a two-for-one deal of $1742 from IAD or JFK to JNB, CPT, DKR, DUR. Must buy by Jan 22 and complete travel by Mar 14, so may be too early for you if April is it. Details:

Hi

What city in europe are you flying from as the prices can depend on the city you leave from.

Try www.skyscanner.com but this only does the "cheaper airline" and normally doesnt list the mainstream ones.

Some of the middle east airlines like Ethiad do good deals via abu dhabi. Klm via Amsterdam is 793 Euros incl taxes.

But as I say until you decide which airport to go from its hard to nail a price
