Well, we're off on our 1st safari.
We'll be going to Vic Falls, Chobe, Okavango Delta, Drakenburg Mts.,Phinda & Sabi Sands.
I want to thank everyone who responded to my questions and to everyone whose posts I've been reading.
I'll do a trip report when i get back. Needless to say, I AM EXCITED!

What a great trip jbella: Vic Falls, Bots, and SA. I can almost feel your excitement! You will fall in love with Africa. Have a fantastic time, and please post when you return.

have a great time! we leave friday for our first safari. Hopefully you won't still be wandering around looking for the same Southern Sun shuttle bus we need to find on arrival

Maybe we'll cross paths at Phinda Forest..we're there 4 night from 8/8 - 8/12.

John, I'm one of those people that get lost in a closet and I was able to get to the Southern Sun shuttle bus. I did ask 2 or 3 people including the guy working at the Intercontinental Hotel. He generously walked with us until we were on the right path. Have a great trip!
