HI,
I am going first to Rwanda Gorilla treking and then back to Kenya on safari. Is there any place to leave a bigger bag at NBO so I can change gear to duffle. (I don't think I will need some of the stuff in Kenya that I need for Rwanda.)
Also, is it safe to leave luggage Bush HOme tour operator?

I believe there is left luggage at NBO have never used or seen it. Leaving your extra bag with your tour operator should be fine and would probably be my preference.

Hi! I really, really wouldn't recommend this...I met several people on my trip to Kenya who had stuff stolen from their luggage at NBO.

Leaving your luggage with your tour operator would be a much better option IMO.
