Kruger to Blyde River Canyon

How far is is from Paul Kruger Gate to Blyde River Canyon, God's Window etc.? Then how far from there would it be driving back to Jo-berg?

We are thinking of doing this Blyde/God's window area en route to Jo-berg from Kruger. If we are leaving Saturday morning from Kruger and our flight is Sunday night at 10 pm - do you think we have enough time to see a few of the sights and get to Joberg?

Around an hour or less would be my reckoning, from the gate to God's Window/Three Rondavels overlook, etc.

Looking at a SA road map, 25 miles Kruger Gate to Hazywiew, another 50 miles to Three Rondavels. Roads are good 2 lane asphalt. But you will not be going 80 mph. Have driven that route but spent the night in Hazyview. I'd give myself two hours drive, total, one way, Kruger Gate to Three Rondavels. Five hours drive Hazyview to Joburg.
Yes, leave Kruger Sat morning drive to Three Rondavels, God's Window, spend night at Hazyview or Dulstroom or Nelspruit. Sunday morning drive into Joburg, get Joburg about mid afternoon. Most of the drive into Joburg is 4 lane divided highway so will be fast.

I did this drive in reverse. My advise is to enjoy the blyde Canyon for the day and spend the night at Walkersons Country Manor just outside of Dullstroom off R540. This is fly-fishing country. 2 hours from J-burg

We drove through Dullstroom, did not stop or stay there, and it did have many restaurants and lodges, modern and new.
