Jobs in Arusha

Hello Everyone,

I am from Pakistan, I’m thinking about settlement in Arusha, Tanzania this year but right now I have done my MBA (master in business administration) degree from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology Karachi, which is affiliated with the University of Karachi.
Just trying to figure out how much it would be hard to find a job in arusha!

Any help would be really appreciated as I’m having a bit of trouble finding any!

Thanxxxxxx…

As with many countries, where there is high unemployment, jobs first go to citizens. Unless you can provide a service that is unique and needed that a citizen can't... it's likely to be difficult. It might help to find a sponsor who can offer you something and assist in the process, but no guarantee.

I met a couple of engineers from India who run the gift shop and manage the ngorongoro sopa lodge. It all depends, what you can sacrifice...to be where you want to be...

I think you'd need contacts to get anywhere.

I was going to echo Lynneb's comment. It's who you know.
