Check www.insuremytrip.com for trip insurance options. Just enter your trip price, ages or participants, where to, for how long, then click. Various policies will appear on the next screen. Not that the companies offer different policies at different price points... not all cover the same; more you pay, more you get. You can click the ones you wish to review, then scroll to the bottom of screen and check "compare". Next screen will bring up those you selected (best to view 3 at a time). Read all the drop down menus for exclusions and specifics. If you have any problems, guess what? There's an 800#, so you can call and actually speak to a rep for specifics.
But, do check with 2afrika, as they may have insurance products to consider. If so, they may have better prices, even if 2afrika gets a few $$ commission if purchasing these. Bear in mind, that's "if" 2afrika offers and "if" they get something if purchasing product through them. Not all outfitters have specific offerings or receive commissions.
Also, do a search on this board for "trip insurance" - lots of threads on the subject.

Sorry - I had not checked this site for quite a while and just saw the July 09 question.
Answer: yes we went with 2Afrika on a 2 week to Kenya and Tanzania ---- it was fantastic - we were in beautiful lodges and tent camps. There was a long day of travel between the countries and reserves but the other days were well scheduled and we had no major problems - actually no problems that I remember. All of the other travelers in our safari were from the US and some lived in the same or neighboring states and we have kept in touch in the last couple of years. I believe everyone enjoyed the trip. I would certainly use 2Afrika again, based on our first experience and would love to be able to have the time and money to go back.
